The hotel was delightful, and I really enjoyed approaching staff and exceptional room. The restaurant was pleasant for a light lunch or a special evening meal here, I had warm dishes. Plenty of facilities like: an electric kettle, central heating and a work desk. The location was incredible, really close to Church of st Mary the Virgin.

It has fine stuff and atmosphere, good wi-fi.

Nothing too much trouble, I recommend this place and would love to go back.

Well-organized and impeccably clean place, particularly nice view out of our window Into someone's scruffy garden. Brand-new units and competent staff.

The venue is brilliant and contemporary, its location is prime, adjacent to the 2 breweries, the market square.

Their breakfast is cold, can be way much better.

Staff and location were first class, had a pleasant stay with friendly staff and close to all amenities. All in all everything was very good, though we had too small bathroom.

The hotel was newly decorated, I liked themed rooms and so caring staff. Had delicious dishes in a nice restaurant.

Absolutely superb breakfast selections, place was immaculately clean. The atmosphere created here was family. Quiet location, really close to The Gallery. Exceptional service and an outdoor restaurant, available onsite.

The hotel was traditional and overall clean inside, I loved it. The breakfast was free and had lots of options. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. The service was absolutely superb.

A WONDERFUL place to stay when in Masham. Second to none food and staff, there was free Wi-Fi. We got room with loft decor and a modern bathroom to relax. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we loved our stay there. The early check-in too. The hotel was in a local area.

it offers good prices. it was a short walk to masham city centre.

Good value considering prices in Masham. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. We enjoyed the bar, where we had our breakfasts.

Being a couple of blocks away from Vennell's Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there. We stayed in a queen room with a TV and a study table. The property met required needs, we would definitely return...
